EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At AIIFOS, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, our return process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Please review our policy below before requesting a return.

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible items purchased directly from aiifos.com may be returned for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return:

Your return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to AIIFOS within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Your return package must receive its carrier acceptance scan by this deadline.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included, where applicable.
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
All returns must be authorized by AIIFOS before being shipped back.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be ineligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

Our return process is simple. Please follow these steps.

Step 1: Contact us

Email hello@aiifos.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Important: Requesting a return within 14 days does not extend the return shipping deadline. Once approved, your return package must receive its carrier acceptance scan within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

Step 2: Receive your return label

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item(s) back.

The standard return shipping fee is $8 per return package. This fee will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

Step 3: Pack and ship your return

Pack your eligible item(s) securely, attach the return label provided by AIIFOS, and follow the shipping instructions. Keep your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization.

3. Return Shipping Fee

For your convenience, AIIFOS provides prepaid return shipping labels for a flat fee of $8 per return package.

One fee per package: The $8 fee applies to each authorized return package, not to each individual item, provided the items are eligible to be returned together in one package.
Refund deduction: The $8 fee will be deducted from your approved refund. You will not be charged a separate shipping-label fee.
AIIFOS return labels: To qualify for the flat-fee return service, you must use the return label provided by AIIFOS.
Non-refundable fee: The $8 fee is non-refundable for standard returns, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact hello@aiifos.com before returning it. Include your order number and photographs of the issue, where applicable.

If the issue is confirmed, AIIFOS will provide an appropriate return solution without charging the standard $8 return shipping fee, subject to applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and refund processing.

After your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For standard returns, the applicable $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your approved refund amount is $100 before the return shipping deduction, you will receive $92.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by AIIFOS.

Once your refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

The processing timeframe above does not limit any shorter refund deadlines that may apply under applicable law.

5. Exchanges

AIIFOS does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

New orders are subject to product availability and the prices in effect at the time of purchase. A separate return shipping fee applies to each authorized return package.

6. Final Sale Items

Items explicitly marked Final Sale on the product page or at checkout at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Discounted or promotional items are not automatically considered Final Sale unless clearly identified as such before purchase.

Final Sale restrictions do not eliminate any rights or remedies that may apply to items that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Price adjustments are not offered for previous purchases when an item is subsequently discounted or included in a promotion.

7. Order Cancellations and Changes

We work to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, changes and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact hello@aiifos.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, delay-notification, or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

If AIIFOS cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any required notification and cancellation or refund options in accordance with applicable law.

8. Policy Limitations

This policy applies to purchases made directly through aiifos.com and shipped within the United States. Purchases made through other retailers or third-party sellers are subject to their respective return policies.

AIIFOS reserves the right to review and decline returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable federal or state law.
