As we take precautions to keep our warehouse employees safe, there may be a delay in processing orders and returns. In addition to our typical processing time of up to 10 business days, we are implementing a holding period of 72 hours upon delivery for all returns. Upon return being processed, your refund will take up to 10 days to reflect depending on your banking partner. We appreciate your extended patience and understanding.
To initiate a return you must email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order, to request a return authorization. Once its approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 21 days (three weeks) of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 21 days will be returned to sender.
Returns can take up to 14 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund will take up to 10 days to reflect depending on your banking partner
Refunds are only available with online purchases at www.aiifos.com.
We are not processing exchanges at this time. If you wish to make an exchange you must return your merchandise and place a new separate order.
Final Sale Items
Any merchandise on sale is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. There will be no price adjustments on past purchases.
All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
